Pošta Crne Gore is the national postal service of Montenegro, established on December 31, 1998, after the division of PTT Montenegro into separate entities for telecommunications and postal services. Montenegro introduced public postal traffic in 1841, printed its first stamp in 1874, and joined the Universal Postal Union on July 26, 2006.
